I think the lighting on the icing of this cupcake creates a lot of depth. I was extremely happy that I managed to get most of the cupcake in focus as I was using my macro tubes which limited the depth of focus on the photo.

The photo has a lot of detail, including the tiny bit of icing that has dropped of and stuck to the wrapper of the cake.

I like how the colours of the icing look really vibrant, making the cake look almost good enough to eat.
